Smart Housing Solutions was founded to make quality, affordable housing more accessible across Aotearoa. We’re a small family-run team based in Raglan, building tiny homes and cabins for every kind of New Zealander - from first-home buyers to grandparents, home-office workers to backyard hosts.

Every build comes together in our Raglan workshop by people we know and trust. We use NZ, Australasian and European-made materials, and we support local suppliers and tradespeople first - sourcing further afield only when there’s no good local option.
