At Smart Housing Solutions our inspiration to build and provide affordable tiny living spaces came from our personal experience looking for affordable housing options for our family. We visited so many options/prospects to see what was available and fitted with our idea of a home and price range. The affordable options weren’t there and we saw a gap in the market for quality, affordable living spaces made with NZ materials and products. We wanted to create something that was what we wanted and provide this for other families in the same position. Our drive to reduce living costs while still having the comforts of a home was at the core of our decision making.
