Raglan is our home - our workshop is on Te Mata Road, and many of our customers are locals who've watched their cabin or tiny home being built. We've installed across the Whaingaroa Harbour catchment, into Te Uku rural sections, and on lifestyle blocks toward Whale Bay. No kitchen, no bathroom, no plumbing complications - just a warm, dry, lockable extra room ready to land on your section.

Most sleepout buyers go with our 4.5×3 studio - compact enough to slot into most backyards, but big enough for a single bed, wardrobe, desk and storage. Add insulation upgrades, double-glazed windows and a heater for year-round comfort. (At 13.5 m² it usually needs council consent - the process is straightforward for a single-room cabin without plumbing.)
Every build comes together in our Raglan workshop, fully wired and plumbed before it leaves the gate. Steel-frame chassis, Coloursteel® cladding, NZ-sourced joinery, double-glazed windows. We don't cut corners on the parts you live with every day.
