Looking for a tiny home in Napier? We build NZ-made, fully self-contained tiny homes from 6m to 16m, delivered ready-to-live-in from our Raglan workshop. Hawke's Bay councils (Napier City and Hastings District) operate similar rules: cabins ≤10 m² and ≤3 m high are typically exempt under Schedule 1, while granny flats and sleeping accommodation usually need consent. Hawke's Bay buyers have mixed needs - urban granny flats in Napier and Havelock North, rural cabins on Hastings lifestyle blocks, and sleepouts for orchard staff accommodation. We've completed several Napier installs and are familiar with the cyclone-rebuild context. Most of our designs include free North Island gate-to-gate delivery, and we're a WINZ-approved supplier - eligible clients can apply for assistance toward their build.
