Tauranga City Council and Western Bay of Plenty District Council both apply the standard 10 m² Schedule 1 exemption, with extra scrutiny on coastal-zone wind ratings - most of our Bay of Plenty deliveries spec the higher wind zone. Bay of Plenty buyers split between coastal lifestyle (Mount, Papamoa, Pāpāmoa Hills) wanting holiday-let cabins, and rural lifestyle blocks toward Te Puke wanting granny flats or sleepouts. We're seeing growing demand from BOP - added it as a Tier 2 page after Nikki flagged the enquiry volume. Most of our designs include free North Island gate-to-gate delivery, and we're a WINZ-approved supplier - eligible clients can apply for assistance toward their build.

Our builds use 100mm insulated Coloursteel® EPS panels for rapid assembly and excellent thermal performance - fully insulated, NZ-made, ready to land on your section. Every build arrives fully wired and plumbed.
Every build comes together in our Raglan workshop, fully wired and plumbed before it leaves the gate. Steel-frame chassis, Coloursteel® cladding, NZ-sourced joinery, double-glazed windows. We don't cut corners on the parts you live with every day.
