We build compact, NZ-made transportable cabins from 4.5×3 right up to 8×3 - perfect for sleepouts, home offices, teen retreats, short-term rentals, or extra family space. Auckland Council recognises 60 m² minor dwellings as exempt from full resource consent in many residential zones, making granny flats and small tiny homes one of the fastest ways to add housing to an existing section. Auckland buyers tend to want a smaller footprint - sections are tight and densification rules favour compact builds. Most of our Auckland customers go with a 6×3 or 10×3 tiny home, or a 4.5×3 cabin for sleepout / office use. Free North Island delivery on most designs and a WINZ-approved supplier status that opens up assistance for eligible clients.

Our cabin range starts at 4.5×3 (13.5 m²) - compact enough to slot onto tight sections with room for a single bed, desk and wardrobe. Larger configurations go up to 8×3 (24 m²) for a twin-room setup with bathroom.
Every build comes together in our Raglan workshop, fully wired and plumbed before it leaves the gate. Steel-frame chassis, Coloursteel® cladding, NZ-sourced joinery, double-glazed windows. We don't cut corners on the parts you live with every day.
